Buying technology is not really very much fun for us so having this great resource available made the process less stressful. We got all this service at the same cost of nominal (or no) service at the big box stores. Multiple on site visits, emails and phone calls were used effectively as we evolved to our final selection. Josh Wiley helped us through the process of understanding the different Samsung models, (in plain English) answered all of our questions, worked hard to get the best pricing available to stay within our budget and showed great patience as we revised our selection and configuration a number of different times. Duane came to my house at 8 PM, way beyond normal. The installer was Duane who had previously been to my house for items I had disconnected accidentally.
